Is the desktop app of this version compatible with OSX 7? I can't seem to get it to download via Safari.
If not, any insight when it will be? Thanks!

David Brockman

ColoPRamy, thanks for contacting us. We haven't had any reports of issues with Mac OS X 10.7 (Lion) but I've asked our QA team to confirm that the Desktop App and the rest of ClickTime work properly with Lion and will get back to you with an update once they've finished their testing.

Mervyn Thomas

It doesn't work with Lion for me.
First of all, I had to restart my machine after downloading Silverlight because the click time download page would not otherwise recognise that Silverlight was installed. A message saying do this would be helpful.
Then when I finally succeeded in downloading the desk top app it crashed with the error

"The operation couldn’t be completed. (OSStatus error -43.)"

Not exactly informative.

I quite like the product, but I found the desk top app much better than the web page, I am hoping you can correct this otherwise I will face the nuisance of moving my company to a different service.

Mervyn Thomas

Actually I'll stop whinging - just looked at the new day view beta, and I like it as much as the desk top app. I'll just use that!
