After working with Intuit's support team during the past couple of weeks, they were able to find the bug in the QuickBooks Pro 2011 R4 and R5 updates that caused problems with the ClickTime Connector. Intuit has produced a patch for QuickBooks that resolves the issue and they hope to include it in an upcoming update (R6?).
We still recommend that you do not upgrade QuickBooks Pro 2011 to R4 or R5 because the patch is not easily installed. However, if you must update QuickBooks Pro 2011 to resolve other QuickBooks issues, let us know and we will provide you with the patch and installation instructions.
